Cookery NC II is a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certification in Cookery, indicating a person has achieved the competencies necessary to work in various food service facilities. It covers skills like cleaning kitchen areas, preparing hot and cold meals, and creating desserts. This qualification prepares individuals for entry-level positions in the Garde Manger, Pastry, or Hot Kitchen sections. 

Caregiving NC II is a technical-vocational program, accredited by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), that provides training in providing care and support to various age groups and individuals with special needs. It aims to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become professional caregivers. The program covers competencies for caring for infants/toddlers, children, elderly, and individuals with special needs, as well as addressing other essential patient needs. 

Trainer's Methodology Level I (TM1) is a competency-based course that prepares individuals to become Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) trainers and assessors. It focuses on enhancing knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for instructional delivery, assessment, and resource management within the TVET sector. The course equips participants with the necessary skills to effectively lead workplace communication, conduct competency-based assessments, and manage training resources. 

Dressmaking NC II is a National Certificate Level II qualification within the Garment sector. It focuses on the skills needed to draft, cut, and sew casual ladies apparel, including items like dresses, blouses, skirts, and trousers. The qualification also includes finishing touches and other relevant competencies within the garment industry.
